  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the quality of the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
